After-sales Product Policy
Raco Corporation promises to meet the following conditions:
- Accept returns of the product sold within 7 days from the date of sales (according to the date of actual receipt) for any reason.
- Replace the product with quality problems within 15 days.
- One-year warranty.
You can contact the Raco customer service center to handle relevant matters of return & replacement.
- Host: 12 months free after-sales service, comprising of the three-host shaft, frame and circuit component replacement (customer to bear the freight);
- Vulnerable parts: to provide 3 months of replacement parts and replacement services (customers to bear the freight);
a) Nozzle (Copper, Tong Hejin) : normal service life of 3~6 months (with high frequency use), recommended to replace original nozzle in 4-5 months;
b) PTFE tube: normal service life of 3-6 months ( frequent refueling will dramatically shorten the service life), it is recommended to use less than 210 ℃ of printed materials; - Need to provide customer service for the standard SN code in the machine back cover angle when applying for after-sales service.
- Consuming material is beyond the scope of after-sales service terms. If there is doubt about consuming material, WeChat or telephone consultation.
Under the following conditions return & replacement shall not accepted:
- Goods sold from the unofficial or distribution channels;
- Goods over warranty period (goods exceeding warranty period of 3 guarantees)
- Quality problems caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, liquid inlet, accidents, changes and incorrect installation of the goods, or tearing or alteration of labeling, machine number or anti-counterfeiting tags;
- Damage due to force majeure;
